Fire Extinguishing System
One aspect in choosing the data center that fits your needs, is the data center equipped to handle a disaster. Daticum does not foresee any disaster but is prepared in cases of one. Our fire extinguishing system was installed to ensure all unaffected servers will not face a disruption of service in cases of a fire.

Electrical Grounding System
The data center has installed a dual grounding system out of two pilots, in opposite directions at a depth of 13 meters and less than 0.4 ohm resistance. Every server cabinet and raised floor is connected to the grounding system. We have specially design plates to eliminate static electricity located within the equipment, in cases which we have to move a server cabinet.

Innovative processes, such as efficient air conditioners, increased ventilation, air management, consolidation and virtualization has reduced the demand for excess energy. The investments placed in these processes not only reduce the cost of electricity, but reduce the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere.

The diagram above shows that the required energy to support IT equipment is 3.33 times more than the direct consumption of energy it takes to operate the actual IT equipment. Daticum innovative processes has already improved upon this indicator from 3.33 to 2.5
